More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
